All the items on this website are priced in British Pounds.
To make a purchase of any product simply add to the cart and proceed to checkout. All prices include VAT. Platinum, gold and silver options are available in the drop down menu of each item. Should there be a problem in purchasing your goods please contact us.  

Payment

Our preferred method of payment is by Paypal. For offline payments please contact us for details.


Shipping

Postage is £1.99 to the mainland UK only. Orders over £49.99 will be sent via Royal Mail Next day Special delivery at a cost of £4.99.

For overseas postage please refer to the international postage prices. Products will be shipped out after reciept of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for delievery. Please claim broken or lost items within 3 days of recieving the goods.


Returns

No refunds/exchanges are available on earrings for hygienic reasons.
We offer a simple 7-Day Money Back Guarantee. If any item is not quite what you required then just notify us by email (stating reason for return) within 7 days of receipt. We will then issue you with either a refund or allow you to exchange the item for something else instead. When refunding the customer, postage costs on the original order are not refunded. This Guarantee does not apply to earrings.
